v1-18.docs.dapr.io is broken

**Describe the bug**
[docs.dapr.io](https://docs.dapr.io/) returns "404: Not Found" and [v1-18.docs.dapr.io](https://v1-18.docs.dapr.io/) gives a certificate error:

> v1-18.docs.dapr.io has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.
