Dapr Agents Quickstart is not in sync with dapr-agents git repo

**Describe the issue**
Dapr Agents Quickstart uses old quickstart location and files. The dapr-agents/quickstarts/01-dapr-agents-fundamentals folder does not exist any more. Also there is no `resources` folder anymore as is mentioned in the docs, this is renamed to `components` in the git repo.

**Expected content**
The Quickstart instructions should match the git repo folder structure.

Open the linked Dapr Agents getting-started page and compare its quickstart paths and folder names with the dapr-agents repository. Update the instructions so the referenced quickstart location and `resources` references match the current repository structure, including `components`; done means the documented paths exist and names are consistent.
