Recreate new diagrams based on the new design in the Dapr slidedeck

Currently all diagrams in the docs use the 'old style' using only shades of blue. The Dapr website was updated last year to include more colors. The [Dapr slidedeck](https://github.com/dapr/docs/tree/v1.13/daprdocs/static/presentations) is already updated with the new style.

First the [Dapr-Diagrams.pptx.zip](https://github.com/dapr/docs/blob/v1.13/daprdocs/static/presentations/Dapr-Diagrams.pptx.zip) file should be updated to match the new style. Once that is done the diagrams can be exported as images and used in the docs.
