Selection of a language tabs is not remembered

**Describe the bug**
A selected language tab is not remembered in other language tabs on the same page (or other pages on the docs. This causes confusion and annoys readers since they have to click on the language tab several times.

**Steps to reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://docs.dapr.io/getting-started/quickstarts/pubsub-quickstart/
2. Go to the **Run using Multi-App Run section**
3. Click on the .NET tab
3. Scroll down to **Run one application at a time**
4. Python is selected, not .NET

**Expected behavior**
I expect the language tab that has been initially selected being active for all other language tabs in docs.
