Add Open Graph tags to pages to describe content

When linking to Dapr doc and blog content, pages need to have an open graph tag which then can display images from the page.
For example take a link from a docs page with an image on and past this into a Twitter post and the image is not rended into the post. With open tag the image from the page would be displayed.
