Extend Sentry documentation to include a deep dive

As https://github.com/dapr/dapr/issues/5756 is implemented and merged, we should also expand the sentry component documentation to include a deeper dive into the identity story in Dapr. This documentation should be focused on serving security minded users who are interested in how sentry works, and help onboard new developers who are extending sentry in the future.
