REQUEST: Maintainer role for @nelson-parente in dapr/components-contrib

I would like to request the **Maintainer** role on `dapr/components-contrib`.

I have been contributing to `components-contrib` since May 2025 — 32 merged PRs and ~79 PRs reviewed. Alongside component work, I have taken on the repo's release and CI tooling, and as part of the release team I am involved in every `components-contrib` release cycle (version bumps, backport trains, conformance/certification triage).

I also contribute to `dapr/dapr` (34 merged PRs, 100+ reviews), which gives me the runtime-side context for how component changes surface through the sidecar and what has to be true for a component change to be safe to backport.

As a maintainer I would focus on keeping the component surface healthy: keeping conformance and certification tests meaningful and green, holding the line on metadata/`metadata.yaml` quality, being responsive on component PRs from the wider community, and continuing to carry the release and backport work for this repo.
