Description
I am excited about the opportunity to serve as a **Community Manager for the Dapr Community** and contribute to its continued growth and success. I firmly believe that a thriving, inclusive, and engaged community is the foundation of every successful open-source project. My goal is to foster an environment where developers, contributors, and learners can collaborate, share knowledge, and confidently adopt Dapr in their projects.
Over the years, I have actively contributed to the cloud-native and open-source ecosystem by organizing technical sessions, mentoring learners, and creating educational content. Some of my contributions include:
* Delivered technical talks and conducted community sessions at various meetups and conferences in Pune.
* Mentored and guided hundreds of learners in their **Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)** and **Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)** certification journeys through free community initiatives.
* Organized and delivered educational programs such as **Free CKA Series**, **Free CKAD Series**, and **Daily DevOps/SRE**, helping professionals build practical skills in Kubernetes, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering.
* Regularly create and share technical content covering **Dapr, CNCF projects, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, SRE, Open Source, and Cloud Native technologies** through community talks, workshops, and online platforms.
* Passionate about onboarding new contributors, simplifying complex technical concepts, and encouraging participation in open-source communities.
As a Community Manager, I would focus on strengthening community engagement, supporting contributors, organizing educational initiatives, promoting collaboration, and helping make Dapr more accessible to developers across the ecosystem.
