[GitHub Metrics for Dapr's repositories Workflow](https://github.com/dapr/community/actions/workflows/github_metrics.yml) has been failing for a while with the following error:
```
Failed to create gist, response status code: 403, status message: Forbidden
```
One of the following two actions needs to be taken:
- Remove the workflow if no longer needed OR
- Fix permission error so the badge can get updated
