better default abi decoder

Maybe decode the abi like so
~`seth send --sexy "$WETH.transfer(address $BOB, uint256 100)"`~
`seth send "$WETH.transfer(address $BOB, uint256 100)"`
This should be backwards compatible if we do not attempt to preserve error conditions
