'hevm' / 'dapp debug': Very large amounts of calldata block memory from being visible in UI

### Description
When sending a transaction with a very large amount of calldata the 'show memory' section of the UI only show the calldata and it cannot be scrolled through or minimized.

This is not a very big issue because I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of transactions would not send this much calldata.

Here I've zoomed out as far as possible before the UI rearranges itself vertically which ends up hiding more of the calldata pane
