Description

The built-in function var() is not working in DaphneDSL:

m = fill(2.0,5,2);
print(var(m)); # overall
print(var(m, 1)); # cloumn wise
print(var(m, 0)); # row wise

Research direction

Start by reproducing the three var() calls in DaphneDSL using the fill(2.0,5,2) example. Investigate how var() handles overall, column-wise, and row-wise requests, then verify the behavior against the intended variance results for all three calls.
