Proposal -Add Bank accounts - user is unable to add bank account

Tested on Staging iOS version 1.12.4 (24-321)
Tested on Staging Android version v1.0 (412)

pre condition - user has not fill his bank account
Steps to reproduce:
1. go to a common that you are a member
2. create a new proposal
3. add bank account
4. fill all bank account details
5. click on Save button

Actual results:
noting happens . user stay in the same screen without any errors. see video attached and log image

Expected results:
user is able to add his bank details and return to proposal page
