email - A funding proposal in your common was completed - clicking on the "link" redirect to 404 page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a proposal
2. approved the proposal
3. add invoice
4. approved the invoice as a trustee
5. approved the proposal by Payme
6. When mail from support is received with the subject "A funding proposal in your common was completed"
7. Click on the "link" to navigate to the proposal

Actual results:
user redirect to 404 page not found

Expected results:
user redirect to the proposal
