3. Click on the link

**Actual**: User is redirected to the Explore commons page after clicking on the comment link
**Expected**: After clicking on the comment link, user is redirected to the chat page with copied comment which is highlighted

Reproduce the issue by copying a discussion-comment link, opening it outside the application, and observing the redirect.
