Create common - Incorrect functionality of 'back' button

Tested on Android - staging version v1.0 (412)
Tested on iOS- staging version v1.12.4 (24-321)

**Steps**:
1. Click on create a Common button
2. Fill in all required fields on General info page
3. Go to Funding page
4. Fill in the amount field and click on Continue to Rules
5. Click on the "back" button from the Rules page

**Actual**: The user is redirected two steps back (General info page)
**Expected**: The user is redirected one step back (Funding page)
