Need to change the pop-up text after creating Membership request and clicking to vote.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a request to join a common
2. Click on View request
3. Click to vote (V, X, O)
Actual: Incorrect text on the pop-up after creating Membership request and clicking to vote
