-- Proposal Voting: on what type of proposals the members in the circle can vote
-- Actions: that are allowed

**Proposals**

For each proposal type:
-- Duration
-- Quorum percentage
-- Which circles are allowed to vote
-- Conditions: Min Support percentage ; Max Object percentage
