Proposal: Funds Request [S13-11]

**User flow: Add/Edit fund request rule:**

1. In proposal screen: user click on ”new proposal”
2. User selects “Funds request” from the list (if they got permissions to create such a proposal)
3. Disclaimer: User read instructions describing the goals and means of this proposal and approve (?) including Gov model info
1. quorum
2. Min and max
3. Weight
4. Discussion duration
5. Voting Duration
4. **Frequency: User selects -**
1. **Single payment request**
2. **Monthly payment request**
5. **Target Circles - user selects all circles to be required to pay (i.e. Leaders, Seniors)**
6. **User fills sum in Shekels: i.e. 50 NIS/$/Tokens - via a list or free text (only digits)**
7. User clicks on “Create Proposal” button
8. Review and confirmation window pop ups
9. User review the info and confirms
10. Proposal is added to the system and initiated
