Description
when i am in a space and make a fund aloocation proposal-
there is an option in add recipient page to choose type= spaces
but there is only option to choose the same space and not other ones
and the proposal cant be published (nothing happens when press the button)
the spaces option shouldnt appear when open the proposal from space
only from common
