Facing errors to generate DAO

Hi Guys!
So I'm facing several times the same issue. Each time that I try to generate my DAO, I receive the same error 'Transcation failed'. I'm using xDai and metamask on desktop. Each try, each error, I pay the gas. Could you help me? Tks
