Description

Perhaps import issues from one to the other and disable the non-canonical one?

Research direction

Start by comparing the repository's GitHub Issues section with the RT Queue, including the queue linked by MetaCPAN. Determine which system should be canonical and document the required import, migration, or disabling work; done means the project has one agreed issue location and a clear transition plan.
