Description
Hello Daniel 👋
I love uppt, and I'm already using it in several projects. Thanks for your work!
I'd like to ask if it's possible to auto-detect changes in [independent versioning](https://github.com/danielroe/uppt#independent-versioning-experimental) based on the diff and route the commits accordingly.
It would provide better DX and be less error prune compared with scope, as someone might forget to add. Similar to [manifest-releasing](https://github.com/googleapis/release-please/blob/main/docs/manifest-releaser.md) in release-please.
Thanks again for all your work 🙏

Research direction
Start with the independent versioning documentation linked in the issue and trace how scope-based routing currently works. Define how diffs should identify packages and route commits, then verify that independent-versioning releases no longer depend on manually supplied scopes.
