Add a keyboard

I was trying to add a new component ["SimpleKeyboard".](https://hodgef.com/simple-keyboard/). However it isn't straight forward, and I guess it's out of my league ATM. [The code is here.](https://github.com/pkej/n3rdle/tree/SimpleKeyboard)

The idea is to add the keyboard and color the keys used. The simple-keyboard library can be used for different keyboard layouts which would give me the opportunity to add a Norwegian keyboard, and Norwegian word-list.

Start by reviewing the SimpleKeyboard branch linked in the issue and the simple-keyboard library documentation. The work is complete when the keyboard is integrated, keys used in the game are colored, and the available layout can support the proposed Norwegian keyboard and word list.
