Description
To enhance the ability to uniquely identify and track companies within the Telos project, I propose adding several parameters. These include the Employer Identification Number (EIN), which is generally public and used for tax purposes; the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, publicly available through databases like Dun & Bradstreet; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code, used for classifying business establishments; and the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, accessible via the CAGE Code Directory. Additionally, fields for other publicly available identifiers, such as foreign business numbers and state registration numbers, should be included to cover all necessary bases. These additions will improve data consistency and facilitate integration with other systems using these identifiers.
