Auto database creation with custom data & ability to fuse multiple open source models.

I would like to be able to locally store and create my own custom data sets for integration into the knowledge base of Open Source models and keep it completely local while at the same time being able to fuse three or four disparate models together and make a fusion model. So long as the Pacific open source license which is used allows the modification and combination of models as well as having it automatically create memory of my past questions projects and workflows in a local and secure location? How tough will that be for you I'm just beginning my journey down the coding rabbit hole so I have a specific use case in mind. Saw your work on a YouTube channel and think it's quite awesome and a question you're displaying the Swiss national flag as a sponsor and I'm a dual citizen residing in our federal capital. I've been living in the citizen here for coming up on 18 years.
