[Feature request]: Multi document format support via pandoc

### What do you need?

Recently discovered pandoc as a means to convert WORD / ODT / you name it to whatever, but Markdown in particular. This list of supported input formats makes me sick: https://pandoc.org/MANUAL.html#option--from

Without this feature it almost feels incomplete as we need to run hot trying to convert documents into HTML and then maybe to Markdown or use some dodgy online converters which are probably waiting for someone to shove secret files into them.
