BeerXML missing fields

It seems like when I create a recipe on malt.io that some data doesn't
make it into the 'export' / beerxml file. Some of the data that seems
to be missing is OG, FG, recipe name, color, boil time, etc.

Start by reproducing the BeerXML export from the linked Blue Balls Belgian Wit recipe and compare it with the recipe data shown on malt.io. Trace the export entry point to find why OG, FG, recipe name, color, boil time, and other fields are omitted. Done means the export includes the reported recipe fields.
