Issue in creating submission file

Hi @danhper

I am trying to test your clone detection model with a different dataset also I am using your trained skipgram model itself.
I have generated the asts for both java and python and merged them.
Next step for me is to generate DB but before that, I need to have submissions.json file. I am stuck in identifying where exactly the submission file is getting created.
Can you please help me with how exactly I can generate the submissions file?
