[Help] Security concerns

Hi !
I'm currently using Danger with Travis in my C.I. Everything works well and I love how Danger enables my team and I to speed up the PR reviewing process.
However, we are also currently improving the overall security and we would like to git rid of "bot accounts", as they need to have access to every corporate repos (and consequently gaining access to one of these accounts would mean gaining access to our entire codebase), which we are not really fond of. We are considering the use of Github "deploy keys" like for Travis, and I'm wondering if this approach would work with Danger? If not, what would you advise me to do as the safest solution to my concerns ?
