Getting "Skipping Danger due to not this run not executing on a PR." on PR builds on Travis

Description
Sorry if this is a duplicate question, I could only find #326.
We have Travis currently configured as such:
We want `Build branch updates` because we want to run tests on `master` commits too, and we don't have `Build pull request updates` cause that leads to running tests twice for every commit on a PR.
Is there a way to run Danger with this setup?
