Has Chrome incorporated accessible PDF generation?

In [this Chromium blog entry](https://blog.chromium.org/2020/07/using-chrome-to-generate-more.html) from about three years ago, it sounded like there was a commitment to supporting accessible PDF generation. Specifically, it states
> Use `chrome://flags/#export-tagged-pdf` if you'd like to try it out before it's enabled automatically for all users

I see that this flag is no longer supported, but did they indeed enable these changes, or was this effort abandoned? Anyone know?
