Developer mode

When developing the template, I frequently use the 'Developer Mode' in browser. So I can see the calculated attributes of the element and the css rules applied. It should be very useful to have the same thing in 'opentohtmltopdf'.

I imagined something like a parallel document with 'log', where the html tree is dumped with all sizes and applied css rules.
