General intallation guide

Hi! Thanks for providing this.

I am having some trouble with installation.

I have:
1. installed the plugin via npm
2. copied the content-manager folder from this repository to root/extensions
3. configured setting in a file named '.settings.json' for one of the content types in root/api/contenttype/models

From here the plugin is detected in Strapi and I can access the settings panel for the plugin, but there are no preview/eye buttons among any of my entries! I can't see any option to preview my changes...

Any help is much appreciated.

I'm running Strapi v 3.6.8
