Annotate AI coauthorship

If https://github.com/kabilar/dandi-stats/blob/dev/src/index.html used any AI in development (which I do recommend to save time, especially for styling) it was not annotated using co-authorship at the commit level, which I do strongly recommend

We're rolling it out to many of our projects at the README or other docs levels but all of us at CON are encouraging others to at least do the co-authorship step
