Feature Request: Checklist saving + manager

It could be a nice 'actionable' goal to check all the boxes on the checklist for each Dandiset I own

Which would then be great to save the state that I reached during various steps, like confirming the original paper does not contain ethics protocol info (which checks that box in the list), towards achieving 100%

And to then have a tab on the app that displays some 'final state' of completeness (like 8/8, nice green check mark, etc) associated with all my current Dandisets

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the checklist and Dandiset views, then determine how checklist state could be saved and where a completeness tab belongs; done means each owned Dandiset shows a persisted checklist total such as 8/8 with a completion indicator.
