Establish central "marketplace" for reusable AGENT instructions and skills

We all use different setups. As in real world of genetics, variance is great, but also we lack ability to instill best practices. We need some central location to share/improve those. I ran into some (of unknown use/quality/security) solution which in purpose description sounds like what we need:

but may be there is other (better?) ones to consider -- yet to do some research. Otherwise, ad-hoc github repository could be a starting point but IMHO it would be more difficult to adopt since everyone would have different "opinions" and setups anyways.

Start by reviewing the issue proposal and the linked LynxPrompt repository. Research alternative marketplaces or an ad-hoc GitHub repository, comparing usefulness, quality, security, and adoption across differing setups. Done means documenting the evaluated options and reaching a decision or actionable direction for a central marketplace.
