`no matches found` for example download command

Hi @jwodder @yarikoptic, when running the example command below that is from our [Handbook](https://www.dandiarchive.org/handbook/12_download/#download-data-for-a-specific-subject-from-a-dandiset), I receive an error even though the [directory](https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/000023/draft/files?location=sub-811677083&page=1) exists. I am having a tough time understanding what the URL pattern should be based on the [Resource Identifiers docs](https://dandi.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ref/urls.html#resource-ids).
