Description
i thought we had barred older cli versions. here is one with 0.32.2: https://api.dandiarchive.org/api/dandisets/000211/versions/draft/assets/22c79479-8b33-4f68-9c11-acbd8f113a0c/
and also the metadata has PLACEHOLDERS which we should catch:
