Description
This issue is a satellite to #618 (ensure all metadata is there), with subsequent #642 and work done in #644 lay down the foundation to RF `organize` command to use metadata records (instead of ad-hoc extract) to establish the filename.
`organize` ATM would still use ad-hoc extract, so we need to RF to use dandischema metadata structures instead.
The only outstanding AFAIK issue is NWB `object-id`, but we should probably RF with hope in mind to figure out a better disambiguating metadata.
