View data: adjust page title to reflect current location

ATM it is always just 'DANDI Archive'. So browser history just gets filled up with the same title through the history of exploration of a dandiset. I think it should reflect the location, e.g. could be even a permalink kind:

DANDI:000008/draft/sub-mouse-APLSV/

and may be then title for the landing page also should be adjusted to include the identifier instead of just the name of the dandiset, so to become

DANDI:000027 Test dataset for testing dandi-cli

instead of current

`Test dataset for testing dandi-cli. - DANDI Archive`
