Description
[This line](https://github.com/dandi/dandi-api/blob/2a0555a59fe55e41c9fdf49ad3aa765248f32154/dandiapi/api/mail.py#L55) exclusively uses the social account's name information to build the welcome email. Now that we have access to the user's name as reported in the questionnaire, we should use that name instead.
