Description
I know that there is one in 000026 which was not finalized: see pointers and details in
https://github.com/dandi/dandi-cli/issues/1553 .
The problem is now that uploaders might not even know that it is the case. The only issue / warning we expose to them is

- https://github.com/dandi/dandi-archive/issues/2121 since may be it somehow would trigger an error to be displayed?
- https://github.com/dandi/dandi-archive/issues/2051 since if we time out and revalidate or revert - issue should be gone.
