[Web App] resource urls without names are difficult to interpret

in https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/000008, several resources only have URLs and fairly unhelpful to the peruser of the DLP without clicking on each one. since we cannot rely on users to allows provide useful shortnames, it would be helpful to even show the url name in these cases or perhaps fetch the title of the page via an http request to show. conversely, when a user puts a url into creating a resource automatically populating the name with the title of the page could also minimize this.
