KPM does not work as expected when removeBENs is set to FALSE

Description
When removeBEN is set to FALSE, K and L are 0, KPM still reports a small subnetwork of size 5 even if only 1 gene is expressed (INES and GREEDY). Does this have to do with the starting networks of the greedy search??
