Implement dataset noise estimation

As shown in the last meeting, we can estimate the level of biological noise in datasets by running CurveCurator both per-replicate and cross-replicate, and then checking how predictive replicates are of each other and of the joint fit. This can help develop an understanding of how much learnable signal is present in the datasets.
