Reading system documentation and help

In the Reading System working group call, we discussed the need for reading system documentation. We identified some types of documentation that would be useful:

* General help
* Quick start guide
* Contact information for accessibilityhelp
* Major features description
* Visual adjustments
* Bookmarks, notes, and annotations
* Read aloud
* Shortcut keys

## Thoughts on implementation

The WG discussed how this might be reported. It is not a pass/fail item like the other test in the various books. We thought it could be a checklist for a person completing an evaluation. We thought this kind of review could be brought to the attention of the developer. The Roundup could also have a statement about the presence and quality of the documentation.

It still remains to be determined where this checklist should be placed and how it would be displayed on EPUBtest.org
