investigate left-over webui process after exiting activator

Starting `activator playRun` (or `activator run`) in Windows, then exiting with CTRL+D, leaves one left-over Java process that doesn't exit on its own. While running, there's 3 Java processes; one for the activator and seemingly two for the webui.
