Sometimes scripts "disappear" from the webui

Description
The webui seems to forget about scripts sometimes. I suspect maybe it happens when the backend is upgraded but I don't know why. The scripts are in `/scripts` from the web api but does not appear in `/scripts.json` in the webui.
