Settings page for braille

Suggestion from James Bowden:

> Could I suggest that there should be a couple of pages of braille options in the Settings dialog. Then, if you still want to keep the options listed as part of the job, they could pre-populate with the default values from Settings, saving the user time, but giving the user the option to adjust.
